I have a few issues I would like to discuss with you concerning the club fitness in Granite City. I have always been disappointed with the services at the Granite City Club Fitness. There are no classes, no baby sitting and no locker rooms. We pay the same amount as other members with half the services. There are always a great number of machines broken and most of the TVs have been removed or do not work. Part of he reason I joined club fitness in Granite City is because it is conveniently close and my workout goes so much faster when I have a TV to watch. Lately, I have noticed that men have been going into the women%u2019s bathroom. I mentioned this to one of the workers and they acted like this was normal. This is not ok with me and I have heard other women complain about this as well. With the extra small facilities I usually have to wait to use the bathroom and now it is even worse that men are going in there. Also, I do not feel comfortable with a man using our women%u2019s facility, peeing on the toilet seat and just making me feel awkward when he comes out and I am waiting to go in. This is inappropriate.

I would hope that you are looking to expand this facility so that is meets the standards of all the other club fitnesses. Have you thought about buying the closed bowling alley. This would make an excellent and large enough area to greatly improve the workout area and allow for real locker rooms, an area for classes and a babysitting facility.

The people of Granite City deserve the same services as other facilities and I do hear people talking that they are going to cancel their memberships because of these issues.
